Wood Fired Pizza Oven Trailer

Built
in the 90's in America, this stainless steel wood fired oven is truly
unique. I doubt very much you will see anything like it in the UK. The
whole trailer is made from thick stainless steel which encapsulates the
oven as well. The internal oven diameter is approx 85cm with room for
3-5 10" pizza at one time. Oven comes to temperature in about 1 hour. To
the left of the oven is a huge steel prep area for stretching dough.
The oven has a hot water tank surrounding the flue so you don't need any
electricity for hot water. A pipe feeds the water to a detachable
double sink on the side which also has a separate cold water tap fed
from an internal tank via a foot pump system. EHO's love this simple
system and have often taken pictures to use an an example. Under the
oven / surface are two large doors with huge storage space. One side is
used to store logs and the other is a dough proving cupboard with 3
large stainless steel trays included. In one side of the trailer is a
small store used for tools. The trailer hitch can actually be removed
completely as there are folding trolley legs underneath. This reduces
the size of the oven making it easier to pitch within strict 3mx3m
pitches on street markets for example. Also sold with the trailer is a
1.85m x 67cm custom built stainless steel prep table with a removable
sneeze guard. The table also has a fold up extension to increase the
width to almost 3m. This table collapses to become a storage cage.
Strapped on to the oven trailer it can hold a huge amount of stuff
safely within it. I have been using the oven within a 3x3m gazebo (not
included) which gives plenty of room for 3 staff. Also included are
various chimney flue configurations that allow the flue to be upright,
project out to the side or to the back. This is pretty much a business
