Catering Trailer

We have for sale our Catering trailer, we served Hotdogs / Baked Potatoes / Chilli in a bowl and on a side BBQ we offered German Style Sausage with Onions.
This trailer was making over £450 a day at car booty and on the road down by the seaside front. You read and do the sums, you buy this, be your own boss, you work your own hours and the returns you will pay its original cost in quick time.
We are returning back overseas, therefore this will be sold.
It is 5x4 with overall length of 9 foot, the height from top of roof to ground is 6 ft, has two large Bain-marie plus as you will see in the picture two ovens, we tow this with a small 1.6 car its easy to move around my wife can do it.
The Trailer is on GAS so you are not running a generator......
Included are 19kg ¾ full gas bottle, number of water containers, some mixed items, Extra lids and pots from Bain-marie - advertising sandwich board.
Now the good bits:
During the winter we replaced most items, thinking that it will need some ££ spent on it to last on and on, we have purchased and replaced with NEW of:
Trailer Tow Cup
Both Wheels and Tyres
Both Mudguards
New rear drop-down stabilisers
New Jockey Wheel
Both the gas burners (One large under Bain-marie and one under ovens) replaced
We stripped of the signage to place new and gave it a re-paint as you will see from pictures.
Plus more, so you will have a unit to last you a long time.
Bad Bits Very little:
This is on the Trailer, the ovens, we used to pre-cook potatoes and when setup in morning we light ovens and server hot, we lost the temperature gauges when refurbishing, easy to get 2 and apply.
As we cleaned it all up and painted, you can apply your own business name, we painted it in Hot-dog Red with White and black roof. We was going to apply different stickers, generic hotdog stickers are easy to get and apply, plus you don’t have to sell the same things we did, you can alter your logo’s to suit.
We had a gazebo erected and this isn’t with the sale, they are easy to get. Also the BBQ plate on the stand isn’t for sale, once again, easy to get one. We also had a camping storage/wash stand that folded up for cleaning, this is easy to pick up one in B&Q and isn’t included.
You work out the sums, Hot Dogs sell for around £2.00 the bun / hotdog / sauce, cost you around 35p tops, the German sausage cost you around 40p each and we was selling this for £2.50. We also offered drinks, coke / Pepsi and bottled water; we placed these into an esky with ice cold blocks. My wife got the bulk chilli and a bowl of this with taco chips on the side we sold for £2.50 and this item sold out way before others, the baked potatoes we sold for £2.50 and £3.00 with a drink, you know how much baking potatoes cost on 5kg bags. We pre cooked them at home and rapped in alfoil and placed them in the oven, easy to do and serve up with a topping of cream in a tin or cheese grated.
