Twin axle AJC Catering trailer, measuring 10ft by 6 foot
On the outside of this trailer it is fitted with a Gas Box which can house two 19kg gas bottles and is fitted with a 2 way gas change over valve. The Rear Lights and trailer leg are all tested and working, along with the jockey wheel. The main hatch opens on hydraulic rams and has a clip on Stainless Steel serving shelf. The Trailer is fully sign written ready to work with very eye catching decals and there is still space for additionl sign writing such as business name and phone numbers.
Inside the trailer is equipped with a Large 2 Burner Gas Griddle, Gas Tea Urn, Gas 2 Pot Bain Marie, Microwave beneath the worktop, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster and 2 Stainless Steel Sinks. The worktops are Stainless Steel as is the wall where the griddle is whilst the rest of the walls in the trailer are covered in hygene white plastic making the entire trailer easy clean and scoring excellent food hygene ratings. The trailer has heavy duty Flooring fitted, with ventilation holes in compliance with Gas Safe Regulations. Included there are some polystyrene cups, trays, servietes, knives, spoons, and other bits to help the buyer get started. There is a chalk menu board paper towel dispenser and high level shelf on the back wall as you look thru the serving hatch, and near the griddle a magnetic bar for attaching utensils.Outside there is a A Board which can be used to write Menu, Special or advertise your business
The gas installation has been done in accordance with the gas safe regulations, consisting of 15mm Copper Pipe work, a main gas safety isolation valve as the point of entry into the trailer, along with isolator taps for each of the gas appliances. A Gas Safety certificate can be arranged at extra cost by a Gas Safe Engineer should it be required. The Electrics consist of a mains consumer unit inside, with a large ceiling mounted strip light tho it is rarely needed as the roof is very bright made from transparent fibreglass giving lots of natural daylight, several double sockets for running any electric appliances needed. Everything on this trailer has been tested and working.
This is a nice clean and tidy trailer which is solid and ready to go and start earning money, this is not your usual rubbish and really stands out and scores well with Food Hygene ratings. Easy to maneouvre and tow.
