IDEALLY USED AS A STATIC CATERING UNIT eg at a sports club in a permanent position. Trailer is a single axle unit and very low to the ground so it is not suitable for towing long distance.
However, this has been towed through our town at 30mph which has been fine using a VW polo, low tow bar is essential if any towing is required. Transport to buyer can be provided using a recovery vehicle based in Carlisle at £1:50 per mile one way, or buyer can arrange their own vehicle trailer.
Trailer is light enough to move by hand.

Interior is the strong point of this unit:
gas griddle with 2 long burners, gas bain marie, 20 litre gas urn. Gas safety certified
2 deep fat fryers (electric), lincat chip scuttle (electric)
larder fridge and Stella Artois drinks fridge
35 litre water tank and water heater over sinks, works perfectly similar to a caravan - no pump required
2 sinks as required for inspection (hand wash side and utensils side)
Formica kitchen work surface all around, vinyl floor no rips
External gas cupboard and socket
strip light
Shelving, storage boxes
New jockey wheel, works perfectly.

This has served me well for over 4 years and I have been using this successfully on the site where it is kept. I am only selling due to my father retiring next year so his workshop will be unavailable for storing this.
