Catering Trailer With Busy Secure Pitch

For sale is my catering trailer with pitch.

The
pitch is secure, well established and has been running for 5 years, it
includes electrical hook up so can be left 24/7. The pitch is part of a
venue that hold 2 big events every first 2 Saturdays of the month which

Trading
Monday to Friday, it is the only eatery within suitable walking
distance, I am currently running it single handily and am only available
to trade 9.30-2.30 due to family commitments so I only benefit from the
lunchtime trade. I can take up £130 in these 5 hours alone and there is
so much more potential for growth with another trading estate a stone
throw away giving you the opportunity to take telephone orders and make
deliveries, something I'm unable to do as I need to leave promptly

This
is a very reluctant sale as it is a good business and a great place to
work I just don't have the time or man power to run it efficiently and I
need more time for my family
