The business is running and we have plenty of regular customers. It is literally on the lay-by of very busy main road in the city center. There are also plenty of student accomandations, pubs and residences. This is a great spot in the city center. We have a late-night licence from the city council till 2am. It can be extended to 4am. Weekly rent fee is £50 including the electricity by connecting the cable, hence there is no need to use a power generator.

Van is custom design built and fully equipped in UK very recently. £45.000 was spent just for the van, all the receipts can be provided. Everything is working as it should.
