Custom made burger catering trailer. The box unit is fixed onto an Ifor Williams trailer flatbed. The set up comes installed with a gas powered griddle and double basket fryer. An electrical convection oven, chip scuttle, Bain Marie and under counter fridge are also fixed within the box, as well as hand washing facilities (three mini sinks with an electric water boiler). A manual chip cutter is fixed to the back wall. Stainless steel throughout.
