After 4 years of ownership, it has come time to sell my Peugeot J7 coffee van as I have moved into premises and will not have time to use both. The van provides a fantastic blank canvas for a mobile catering operation.
Van:
- 1972 Peugeot J7 with desirable Hi Top
- Engine replaced with N.O.S 1.8 XM7 petrol engine approximately 10,000km ago.
- Radiator and water pump replaced at the start of the year.
- New battery at the end of last year
- Mechanically in excellent condition, runs and drives excellently (although can take a couple of goes to get started on a cold morning).
- Bodywork is in need of TLC, particularly the door bottoms. The last 12 months with limited use due to the pandemic has not been kind to the body. Unfortunately whilst in storage over the last few weeks, someone has clipped the wing mirror so this will need replacing too
Interior:
- Tons of storage for equipment and supplies.
- Sink with hot and cold water.
- Large 50l water tank under sink with ShurFlo trail king pump.
- Water supply with water filter to where the coffee machine was located.
- Room for two undercounter fridges (or other equipment)
- Single, main serving hatch to side of van with table area to rear utilising the rear doors.
- Large hi top means at over 6 ft, I am comfortably able to stand.
- There are a few dings and scrapes on the interior, to be expected after 4 years of use.
Also including in the sale is an 8kW generator, cables, van ramps to level out on sloped ground, 20l water
jerry can and 5l petrol jerry can.
There is plenty of scope to tailor the vehicle to your needs. This sale is for the van only, not the business. Decals will be removed upon sale.
