We thought about all of this and we created the cheapest way to introduce people to the street food!
All you need to do is own a car that can tow it to location, either a festival, main road or...someone driveway perhaps?
Our trailers come equipped with a wood, gas oven with internal size of 80cm x 90cm, plenty to cook 6x12" pizzas at once!
From a basic configuration to a more complete built that includes many little features and tools!
The oven is the: Forni LEGGERI - Grande
Bent and welded stainless steel dome.
Thermometer
The cooking surface is made up of interchangeable tables.
The tiles are high temperature resistant refractory with porous surface.
Insulation with special materials.
It reaches 450 ° in 25 minutes.
It can be upgraded to the Forni LEGGERI - Pro and Forni LEGGERI - Ultralight rotating
