2 x sinks, hand wash sink & pot wash sink (legal requirement by health & safety.
6 pot Bain-Marie.
3 fridges. 2 glass front fridges & 1 under counter fridge.
Large pie warmer.
Chopping boards.
Cleaning products.
Serving trays.
Knifes & fork.
& much more of probably forgot to mention.
The van is ran off a powerful generator. The generator is not even a year old year, comes with key fob to start it. 1 can of fuel will run the generator for around 8 hours.
