Ice cream production equipment ideal for production of artisan ice cream / gelato. Superb pieces of well looked after and maintained equipment in great condition. For sale collectively. Videos and more photographs can be supplied on request.
Technogel Batch Freezer (Mante 70) and pasteuriser (Mixtronic 110). Both 3 phase and water cooled. Polar Blast freezer on 13 amp.
Sole reason for sale is due to upgrade as a result of increased demand. These three pieces can produce and keep up with a very busy outlet with the added occasional extra mobile outlet.
Spares worth over £500 also included in the sale (paddle blades, o rings, seals). Price is subject to VAT @ 20%.
